The Great Debate - Round 1

At the recent regioanl conference I observed rotarians struggling to solve the problem of membership.   My immediate thought was if they cannot solve that issue then what use are they to the wider movement?   This "debate" provides a chance for the Club to solve community problems by discussing the issues in an open forum.  First topic - Child Poverty.  It is rare for us as a club to share our views in the short time that we are together at meetings, with the exception of club matters.   We are a community serving organisation so let us see if we can find answers to the problems that the Govt can't.
